Return policy

Article 1 - Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without providing any reasons. This cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer, or a pre-designated and known representative, receives the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer should handle the product and packaging with care, only unpacking or using it as necessary to decide if they want to keep it. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to Blake London following clear and reasonable instructions provided by the company.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify Blake London within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification should be done in writing or via email. Once the consumer has indicated they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the goods were returned on time, for example, by providing a shipping receipt.

If the consumer fails to clearly indicate their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal within the specified periods in points 2 and 3, or does not return the product to Blake London, the purchase becomes final.

Article 2 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer.

If the consumer has paid an amount, Blake London will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, provided the product has already been returned to the webshop or proof of complete return can be provided.

Article 3 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Blake London can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products described in points 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if Blake London clearly states this in the offer, or at least before the agreement is concluded.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

Made according to the consumer's specifications;
Clearly personalized;
That by their nature cannot be returned;
That can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete;
Whose price is dependent on financial market fluctuations that Blake London cannot influence;
Loose newspapers and magazines;
Audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal;
Hygienic products where the consumer has broken the seal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:

Concerning accommodation, transport, restaurant business, or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
Where delivery has started with the consumer's express consent before the cooling-off period has expired;
Concerning betting and lotteries.

Return Address

If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to send it back to a warehouse in China. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your expense. This is because shipping costs from China are often high, and Blake London cannot cover these costs.

To return the product, contact Blake London to request a return address in China. Once you have received the return address, carefully pack the product and send it to the provided address. Ensure the product is well protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so you can monitor when the package is delivered.

Once the product arrives at the warehouse in China, Blake London will inspect it to determine if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, Blake London will refund the purchase amount. Be aware that it may take some time to receive your money back, depending on Blake London's and the bank's processing time.

Overall, returning products to a warehouse in China can be a complex and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be well-informed about the return conditions and associated costs before making a purchase.
